Bring to a boil over medium heat, skim if necessary. Season with salt, reduce heat to low and cook, tightly covering the pan with a lid, 1 tsp.
Add flour to hot porridge-spread and stir thoroughly. Place the hot mixture on a greased baking sheet or baking dish, about 1.5 cm thick.
Smooth out the porridge with a spatula or damp palm. Place the baking sheet in a non-hot (120–130 ° C) oven to dry for 10 minutes, then remove and cool.
